- The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) Project Team within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) is preparing to initiate a competitive procurement process to award a contract for the Battle of Britain Memorial Integrated Support Arrangements Programme (BISAP) for Fighters. This contract will provide and deliver an efficient and cost-effective, long-term solution for Design, Production and Maintenance services for all BBMF Spitfire and Hurricane aircraft.
