- The Council seeks a single contractor to construct a wetlands pond system designed to enhance biodiversity, particularly for water voles and other wildlife. The project involves:
• Excavation and earthmoving to shape ponds and create the wetland system.
• Limited pipework to manage water levels and maintain hydrology.
• Landscaping to integrate the ponds into the surrounding habitat.
• Fencing to protect the site and regulate access.
