Abstract: As part of CPI-s ‘Packaging Innovation- business, the following specification and associated URS relates to our requirement to develop and commission a Blister Packaging Line.The Blister Packaging Line will be part of a broader Capability Platform designed for ‘Screening and benchmarking sustainable materials for blister packaging-The creation of this capability platform is driven by market demand from the pharmaceutical sector and the foundation industries (polymers/chemicals). ‘Sustainable Blister Packaging for Pharma- is a Systemic Challenge (SC) project, also led by CPI, where the whole value chain will convene to conduct a deepdive (social, technical, commercial, environmental) into the blister packaging system, towards unlocking a new commercially viable system that maximises sustainable benef...
