Description : Wigan Council is seeking to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework agreement for electrical and associated works for works up to a value of £250,000 per project. The scope of works within this framework is electrical and associated works; this includes, but is not limited to: • Fluorescent to LED lighting replacements, upgrades to switchgear & distribution systems, full and partial rewiring of premises, additions, alterations, and adaptations to existing installations, and fire alarm installations. (Requirements for these works will arise in both Lot 1 and Lot 2).• Decarbonisation works including Solar PV, EV Charging Systems, Electric Heating Systems, and the like.
