Description:
Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a single provider to deliver a comprehensive training service for our fostering community.

The contract will cover the delivery of statutory e-learning and/or live trainer-led sessions for approximately 750 foster carers, ensuring full compliance with national standards. Training must be accessible through a online learning platform, supported by effective reporting and feedback mechanisms.

In addition, the provider will be required to deliver specialist safeguarding and complex-care training through live trainer-led sessions—delivered either online or face-to-face—to support advanced practice, enhance skills, and strengthen the quality of care across our fostering network.
