Initial Preliminary Market Engagement Notice Transport for London (TfL) is issuing a secondary preliminary market engagement notice following an initial notice issued on the 7th March 2025 titled FM Minor and Renewals Works and Services Framework, under Find a Tender reference 2025/S 000-008346. The initial notice was used to inform the market about the ability for suppliers to participate in market feedback, in relation to the supply of Minor and Renewal Works and Services across a range of Facilities Management activities for several different TfL business units, by issuing a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ). TfL have reviewed the responses to the MSQ and are in the process of creating the project strategy and tender documents for this procurement. Suppliers feedback has helped TfL to better understand the market, supplier appetite, capacity, and capability, as well as perceived risks and opportunities of this procurement. The engagement has also helped to develop the lotting strategy for the framework. The framework will consist of 10 lots across six different disciplines and multiple business units, with call offs being between 0-£350K in value.
