Bromford invests in 43,000 homes, maintaining them to a high standard, while preventing the occurrence of responsive repairs. Bromford has individual relationships with more than 100,000 customers and aims to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and advocacy, by providing homes in great condition, which enable its customers to thrive. Fencing and boundary works are currently carried out by four different contractors, plus our in-house service delivery teams across the three legacy organisations. The existing contracts have been developed to take account of a variety of archetypes and geographical locations. Scope Bromford is responsible for maintaining homes and schemes across its four new localities. Fencing and Boundary projects are often identified by our repairs managers. If a job is too big or too specialist for our in-house responsive repairs teams it is referred to planned maintenance. The Fencing and Boundary programme is aligned with the four localities / areas, so that delivery and reporting can be administered at a local level.
