Description : Digital Catapult is looking for a partner to provide Facility Maintenance Services. The selected supplier will be responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance and Hard FM services.The selected Bidder will:- Carry out reactive works such as general handyman-type repairs.- Have in place a management structure which includes supplying method statements and risk assessments.- Man the site with qualified personnel for a four-hour period fortnightly or eight-hour period monthly during office hours.- Handle any disruptive works, such as cleaning of air-conditioner filters, construction works, PAT testing.- Handle emergency callouts (electrical, plumbing, glazing and air conditioning).The following is outside the scope of the contract:- Lift maintenance.- Fire safety windows.- Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.- Testing the fire alarm.For full details please see the attached RFP form.
