A breakdown of these properties per region is as follows:1. North: 46 Properties (est. value for EWS = 276,000.00 GBP, est. value for remedial works = 230,000.00 GBP)2. Liverpool City Region: 95 Properties (est. value for EWS = 570,000.00 GBP, est. value for remedial works = 475,000.00 GBP)3.
