- The London Borough of Culture (LBOC) programme, launched by the Mayor of London, supports boroughs to use culture as a catalyst for community pride, creativity, and local change. It funds ambitious, resident-led cultural programmes that strengthen communities, improve wellbeing, and contribute to London-s recovery, with a focus on youth engagement, civic participation, and skills development.
As part of LBOC the London Boroughs of Barnet, Greenwich, and Merton have received a Cultural Impact Award (CIA) to pilot innovative cultural projects, supported by the Mayor of London, Arts Council England, and the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
