Description:
The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust is procuring research services for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to carry out an evaluation of the Armed Forces Families Fund: Early Years Programme. The Armed Forces Families Fund: Early Years Programme (known as EYF due to its former name, the Early Years Fund) is delivered by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust on behalf of the Ministry of Defence (MOD). It forms part of the MOD's Armed Forces Families Fund (AF3), which was established following the January 2022 launch of the UK Armed Forces Families Strategy. The Trust administers the AF3 on behalf of the MOD and is the delivery partner for the EYF.
