• Description:
• This contract will establish a Minor Works Framework (2026-2030) to support the delivery of a wide range of small‑scale building, maintenance, and repair activities across New Forest District Council's housing stock. The framework will consist of multiple specialist lots, each covering a defined category of reactive repairs, void property works, or planned minor works. Services will include, but are not limited to: General building works (e.g., ceilings, doors, walls, masonry, roofing, structural repairs) Electrical works (e.g., distribution boards, wiring, lighting installations, external cabling) Specialist and general cleaning for voids, environmental cleans, and fire‑related cleaning Internal and external clearances for gardens, waste, and void properties Drainage works, including CCTV surveys, jetting, repairs, and soakaway works Groundworks such as paths, steps, block paving and slab replacement Fencing, glazing, locksmith services, plastering, plumbing, and flooring (including wet rooms) Roofing works, including repairs, flashing replacement, guttering, chimney work, and minor roof refurbishments Void refurbishments, covering multi‑trade works to prepare properties for re‑let The framework will allow NFDC to streamline procurement, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of minor works.
