The Adult Learning Service (ALS) of Liverpool City Council is seeking to develop a framework agreement with up to a maximum of 6 suitably qualified and experienced education and training providers to recruit an agreed number of Liverpool residents aged 19 and over, from some of Liverpool-s most disadvantaged wards, and provide them with ESOL education and skills training up to Level 2.
