Description : WYFRS requires a service provider to manage and deliver regular employee satisfaction surveys. The service provider will be expected to plan and produce all aspects of the WYFRS Survey. The service provider will work closely with WYFRS to develop a high-quality employee satisfaction / people survey solution which will enable the organisation to track engagement, benchmark against different staff groups within the organisation (i.e. working patterns, protected characteristics, locations, job/role/rank), and review how the organisation compares with other organisations within public, private and third sectors: In addition comparative benchmarking with other emergency services including fire and rescue are required.
