Description:
The scope of this agreement is to provide a range of Electrical Sundries products too all HE/FE Institutions in Scotland plus APUC associate members as detailed in Appendix E List of Institutions. The range of products required includes but is not limited to: Accessories, Ballast, Cable, Cable Management, Fire Security & safety, Heating, Fans and Ventilation, Lamps, Lighting Luminaires, Switchgear & Distribution, Tools and Wiring Accessories Tenderers must confirm that payment of subcontractors engaged in this Framework Agreement at all stages (includes public body to Contractor, Contractor to SubContractor and SubContractor to SubContractor) of the supply chain will be made within a maximum of 30 day payment terms and that this will be managed as part of this Framework Agreement
