• Working with Directors of Adult Social Services (DASS) and their teams to improve their effective use of their data and insight to support their operational management and performance oversight, embedding the use and role of data and insight to underpin effective delivery of legal duties. The core aims of this work are to • provide practical and purposeful support to up to four councils who are looking to strengthen how they use their data and insight to monitor, understand, and improve performance across their adult social care services. • work with DASS-s and their management teams to understand how they can embed the effective use of their data and insight to underpin their delivery of legal duties. • To draw on the learning from this support to provide insight to inform future support offers and related resources. • Overall, to promote and spark professional curiosity in DASSs and their management teams to enhance their use of local data and insight.
