- Ed0216-22 - East Devon Water Cycle Study
East Devon District Council (EDDC) is issuing this specification for quotation in order to seek submission of quotes to produce a district wide Water Cycle Study (WCS) Level 1 (scoping). The WCS will be used to form part of the evidence base for the new East Devon Local Plan (2020 to 2040). The WCS should help us understand environmental and infrastructure capacity so that we can plan positively for water supply and water quality. It should show how planned growth can occur within environmental constraints and identify appropriate infrastructure that may be needed to deliver the planned growth in a timely manner. The WCS should identify joined up and cost effective solutions that are resilient to climate change.
