Description : Further to the Early Engagement Notice Published on 7 July (tender_373667/1232614), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is exploring options for Video Calling (Business to Customer/Representative) in line with its Digital Strategic Roadmap to deploy multi-channel capabilities providing DWP and its customers with more channels for connecting whilst putting the customer at the heart of the journey.To facilitate this, DWP's commercial strategy is to go out to market using CCS's Audio Visual Technical Consultancy and Commissioning agreement (RM6225). Interested suppliers are requested to register to join the agreement by Monday 20th November 2023.
