Description : This tender is for the design, supply, and install of dust and fume extraction facilities to service the institutes materials processing facilities that will consist of, laboratory / pilot size ball mill, hammer mill jaw crusher and shredder. The unit sizes are typically 50-100 kg per hour and will process raw materials and recycled materials. These will be ores with metallic content or waste streams containing metallics.To further ensure the requirements of such an installation, we ask that you specify procedures to ensure that the provision will comply with ALL relevant UK Standards, Codes of Practice, Industry Best Practice and all legislative drivers including the wide remit of Health and Safety requirements needed to deliver a fully compliant project, we ask that you advise us what standards and specifications are being worked to in order to achieve full compliance . Your demonstration of this will be a section that carries a score towards the final figure.
