Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable contractor to undertake through the use of drone intelligent technology the producing of 3D 4k quality modelling/ imaging of various high raise buildings with annotation walk through overview both internal and external of building structures. Scope of Work - This expression of interest enquiry is designed primarily to assess and to determine the interested parties who can provide (but not limited to):
• High resolution 4k quality, annotatable rooftop condition surveys
• Wide area estate surveying
• Thermal imagery services
• Facility to provide and host an external storage portal for imagery
• Rapid response high level surveying services
• Real time video and photographic footage provision
• Support 3D Business Intelligence Modelling & mapping processes
• CAA certified
• Permission for Commercial Operations compliant
• Operating Safety Case (OSC) accredited
