Tenders are invited for DOJ - 3488088 - NIPS Minor Works Term Service Contract CfT CA Unique ID: CPDC-628 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: The Contracting Authority seeks to procure one Economic Operator capable of delivering minor capital works projects up to 750,000 GBP across the prison estate for the duration of the contract. The works will encompass General Building Works, Mechanical Building Works and Electrical Building Works (including access control, CCTV, alarm installations and the like), covering the whole of the Northern Ireland prison estate. The Economic Operator must also have the capability (as a temporary back stop position) to deliver maintenance services. In addition, other occassional services may also be required (subject to the approval of the Norhern Ireland Prison Service) to be undertaken for other Agencies or Arms length bodies of the Department of Justice (NI) within the boundaries of Northern Ireland.
