Description:
Tenders are invited for The works shall primarily involve the replacement of 12 No. Gas Driven VRF air conditioning units with their electrical equivalent, all located in the ground floor car park and plant room. In addition the gas supplies to the existing units need to be removed and gas pipework modified to suit. The existing flue dilution system (currently serving the air conditioning unit and the boilers) shall be removed and replaced with a new system, in additional to installing 4 new boilers. The works shall be completed while the building is fully occupied. New electrical supplies shall be required to the new plant, and all controls associated with the complete HVAC installation shall be retested and validated on completion.
