Abstract: The ISS department of Swansea University is preparing for significant investment in systems over the next 3 to 5 years that will establish a modern digital experience matched to the current and future needs of education, research, innovation and partnership at Swansea.The intended investment will result in broad based modernisation of the technology footprint and associated service provided to end users. Success will be that:1. End users experience a recognisably best in class service in line with that of top quartile HEI institutions in the UK and internationally2. Strategically, digital services enhance and amplify Swansea University ability to excel in the education, research and innovation that the institution providesA refreshed Digital Strategy will be prepared to articulate how investment in digital and online services will be directed over the next 3 to 5 years.
