- The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is seeking early market engagement in preparation for procuring a contract to deliver a research and draft report on the barriers and opportunities for Addiction Treatment Research in the Criminal Justice System. This is not a call for competition, but an opportunity to gather feedback to better understand market capabilities, refine the procurement strategy, and encourage supplier engagement.
