- Tenders are invited for ***Pre-Market Engagement Only*** Invest NI proposes to launch a Talent Attraction service that will address current labour and skills shortages in Northern Ireland by providing visibility of job vacancies to help attract overseas candidates (including from within the diaspora) to relocate and take up roles in Northern Ireland. The Talent Attraction Team are seeking to procure a live job vacancy feed via an Application Programming Interface (API) that will provide comprehensive details of job vacancies in Northern Ireland and will allow overseas individuals to view job vacancies, register for email alerts on job roles of interest to them and provide Invest NI with summary data on numbers viewing, registering and applying for jobs within the feed. Department for Economy (Invest NI) wishes to engage with the market at this stage to establish the level of market interest, to understand the capacity of the market to deliver and any possible risks or issues that may not have been previously considered, gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions, help define the requirements and to gather information that will be beneficial in the tendering process.
