Abstract: Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced consultant(s) to support the regeneration of rural communities through the development and delivery of circular economy activities and initiatives. The aim of the contract is to support and facilitate innovative activities and processes at a grass roots level.This contract is being commissioned by Carmarthenshire County Council, on behalf of the Carmarthenshire Local Action Group, Grลตp Cefn Gwlad, who are responsible for the delivery of the EU funded LEADER programme.The contract is part funded through the Welsh Government Rural Communities - Rural Development Programme 2014-2020, which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government and Carmarthenshire County Council. - Documents:
