Description : GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL ARE PROCURING A CLIENT MONEY AND CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO ENABLE THE COUNCIL TO DELIVER A FINANCE / DEPUTYSHIP APPOINTEE SERVICE Purpose of this procurement1.1 The Council is looking to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) client money and case management IT system to meet the requirements of the Council's Client Affairs team. The Client Affairs team deliver a finance deputyship / appointee service to approximately 500 vulnerable adults.
