The Department for Education intends to host engagement events on a one to one basis in relation to the delivery of Government funded careers support to schools and colleges for all young people between the ages of 11 - 18. This notice sets out the scope, format and timing of this event.
The Department has previously published its commitments to Careers Information, Advice and Guidance to young people through the Career Strategy (2017) and latterly, in 2021, through Skills for Jobs: Lifelong Learning for Opportunity and Growth . The Department is to host engagement event on a one to one basis to further inform, enhance and innovate the Department-s future strategy for supporting schools and colleges to deliver high-quality careers information, advice and guidance for young people.
