It recognises the huge opportunities that will come from its data but there is currently no data architecture, standards or practices inplace.Anchor Hanover is seeking a third-party consultancy that have supported organisations (not necessarily within the Housing sector) in achieving thefollowing:Defining a "To-be" organisation data model. Working with Subject Matter Experts, existing databases and new requirements to build afuture-looking data model structure. This is not expected to go down to the detail of every attribute but the structure to support thebusiness.Defining the processes and governance to manage data effectively.
