Description:
This Service will enhance the already established Specialist Health Team, and the service provider will work in partnership to provide a structured range of services to enhance the Health and Wellbeing of clients placed in Hostels, Temporary accommodation, supported accommodation and those accessing Housing First services across Cwm Taf Morgannwg. The project will provide 4 full-time Trauma Informed Psychotherapist for individuals exposed to homelessness, as an enhancement to the Regional Specialist Health Team working throughout Hostels and Temporary accommodations across Cwm Taf Morgannwg. The project will provide: 2 x Therapist in Rhondda Cynon Taf 1 x Therapist in Bridgend 1 x Therapist in Merthyr Tydfil
