Description:
This ITT seeks to procure a number of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for positions on a new framework agreement, providing council officers with a procurement route for new and improved play facilities. The location and specific features of any works to be procured through the framework will depend on the availability of funding and be based on the outcomes of targeted community consultation. The contract is anticipated to commence mid September 2025 and will continue for a period of three years, unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. There is the potential for a contract extension of 1 year, depending on both the success in achieving the required outcomes and availability of further funding. Delivery Specifics and Logistics - suppliers tendering for a position on this framework will be experienced in working with local authorities and community partners to deliver compliant, innovative and exciting play opportunities, whilst also offering reassurances with regards to quality manufacturing and installation, together with value for money.
