PoJ are looking to appoint a Contractor who will develop the existing concept design and construct, install and test the ‘Shell and Core- requirements within the space identified at the airport.
Broadly, the works will include:
- Development of the concept design (RIBA 2) through to technical design (RIBA 4)
- Collaboration with key stakeholders,
- Organise and manage progress meetings with the Client,
- Construction of the ‘shell and core- on the first floor of the IDL,
- Installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (‘MEP-) services,
- Defect identification and rectification
