Abstract: In order to contribute to Swansea Council-s (‘The Council-)-s Social Services Directorate priority to increase the uptake of Direct Payments, the Council requires an effective, efficient and economical Payroll/Managed Accounts Service to work alongside the Council-s existing Direct Payment Support service.
