Description : North Wales Police seek to require the services of building contractors to carrying out construction work valued between £50,000 and £300,000 on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate. This will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competitions or direct awards for specific projects that arise through the length of the contract. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across specific job approximately £750,000.
