Concept Testing - Suicide Prevention
Liverpool City Council (LCC) is looking for an agency to carry out concept testing research for a behaviour change campaign. This campaign will aim to raise awareness of the signs to look out for and the skills required to approach someone who is struggling with suicidal thoughts We would also like to launch an underpinning brand that can be used across a programme of awareness raising activity that will be happening across the city. We are looking to commission an agency to test reactions to a campaign brand, creative concepts for an advertising campaign, campaign messaging and language, and proposed channels of communication The tender pack for this opportunity contains some sensitive and confidential information therefore a Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requires completing prior to the release of tender documents. Please complete the NDA and return via ProContract by 12th August at 4pm. Tender documents will then be released 13th August 2021 Note We are inviting agencies with the following criteria to bid for this project:
• Organisation MRS Accreditation. To include one of the following; - Organisations must demonstrate MRS company partner membership.
