    Abstract: Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig (hereafter Cadwyn Clwyd), in partnership with Pwllglas Village Hall Committee and the Siop Pwllglas Committee, would like to commission a consultant to produce a feasibility study that will explore a development option for the Pwllglas Village Hall and Pwllglas Siop building. To begin, a consultation exercise will need to be undertaken to identify the ‘wants and needs- of the community. The consultancy will then be required to complete a structural review of the building to see what needs making good and updating. A detailed, fully costed development option will then be produced that allows both committees to utilise the space to its maximum potential, creating a fantastic community hub - full of services, activities and amenities - which meets the needs of the community. Such a development option might involve making the building good, putting a new heating system in and creating an extension at the back for a multi-use space that could be used as a community cafe. The development option will need to be accompanied by architectural building plan drawings.
