- Project Description:- Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the internal and part external decoration of communal areas in 26 communal blocks and 2 sheltered complexes to meet RNIB gold standards, within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taff. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff. Trivallis have appointed Crown Paints to complete the specification for the contract and all works undertaken by the appointed Contractor are to be completed in line with these specifications. This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
