- University Hospitals Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMB) will act as the 'lead' organisation in terms of managing the tender process on behalf of the Trusts involved within the Northern Consortium. However, any final contract implementation, on-boarding and ongoing contract management will be the responsibility of the individual Trusts.
Each individual Trust reserves the right to commence the contract in accordance with their own required timescales and, each individual Trust reserves the right not to commence a contract at all.
The Northern Clinical Waste Consortium ("NCWC") which is made up of a number of Acute and Community NHS Trusts "Member Organisations"
