Description : The UK has supported developing country negotiators in international climate negotiations since 2012. This evaluation seeks to understand what change has happened as a result of this long-term support and whether or not the UK's current approach to negotiations support through the Climate Ambition Support Alliance (CASA) is on track to achieve its intended outcomes and impact. The results of this evaluation will inform the design of future UK support to developing country negotiators. Deliverables include:An assessment of the impact of the UK's long-term support to developing country negotiators (from 2012 - present), including outlining barriers and enablers to impact, and unintended consequences (if any).
