- The City of York Council (CYC) is conducting this Procurement to select a supplier for the provision of City of York Council (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to a maximum of five (5) Civil Engineering Contractors, under a new Framework Agreement, to deliver capital maintenance and other construction projects, to start on site from 1st December 2025 and ending 30th November 2027. The Contractors will be required to undertake construction projects for City of York Council's capital maintenance programme and other schemes
