- Tender is for an open framework of providers for overnight short breaks for children with disabilities. The intention is for the framework to have 2 lots; Lot 1 - Overnight Fostering short breaksLot 2 - Overnight Residential short breaksThe intention would be to open annually for any new suppliers to join, expanding the number of overnight short break places available and using a competitive, call-off process to source individual placements. Existing arrangements for children/young people using the current Independent Fostering Agency would continue as it would be in the best interests of the children and families to maintain these established relationships.
