Abstract: Flintshire County Council has secured funding to install two modular changing places toilet units at countryside sites from the Welsh Government-s Brilliant Basics Fund.A Changing Places Toilet is a larger, accessible toilet for disabled people and their carers whose needs are not met by standard accessible toilets, improving the accessibility of our sites. It is estimated that over a quarter of a million people need ‘Changing Places- facilities to enable them to get out and about and enjoy the day-to-day activities others take for granted.The toilets will be located at Greenfield Valley Heritage Museum and Wepre country Park. - Documents :
