Description : Cefas requires a compact bench top 96 well fluorometer which has the capability to also be used as a 96 well spectrophotometer.The system is required to be a reliable and highly accurate 96 well fluorometer and spectrophotometer that can quantify nucleic acids (both DNA and RNA) using these two methods.The system should have the following features:1. be able to function not only as a 96 well fluorometer but also have the capability to act as a 96 well spectrophotometer when required.a. it must have the ability to measure UV absorbance at 260/280nm and at 260/230nm.2. have very low crosstalk (7x or less) between wells for accurate quantification.
