This procurement process is being led by and contracted with Central Bedfordshire Council on behalf of and in collaboration with Bedford Borough Council, Luton Borough Council and Bedfordshire Police and is commissioned for residents of Central Bedfordshire, Bedford Borough and Luton. This will involve attendance at two custody suites in Bedfordshire, Kempston (Police HQ), and Luton.
