- Description:
- The NWSSP Procurement Team, acting on behalf of CVUHB, requires the establishment of a long-term contract for the maintenance and servicing of its owned and leased vehicles (the “Agreement”). The Agreement shall be divided into two (2) Lots as follows: • Lot 1: The provision of maintenance, servicing, and ad hoc repair requirements for petrol and diesel vehicles. • Lot 2: The provision of maintenance, servicing, and ad hoc repair requirements for electric vehicles. The objectives of the Agreement are to: • Ensure the continuity of a long-term vehicle maintenance arrangement • Maintain compliance with all applicable road transport legislation and regulatory requirements; • Safeguard vehicle reliability, safety, and operational availability • Appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) possessing the necessary facilities and technical capability to fulfil the requirements of the Agreement for its duration • Achieve best value for money. The Agreement shall include, without limitation: • The provision of all statutory and routine vehicle inspections, plating, MOT testing, and scheduled servicing • The provision of ad hoc and reactive maintenance and repair services as required • The provision of breakdown assistance and call-out services • Where requested by the CVUHB transport function, the optional provision of vehicle collection and delivery services.
