Description:
Sheffield Hallam University is undertaking a Preliminary Market Consultation to inform a future procurement for a Campus Works Partner (CWP) to support the delivery of minor works and maintenance projects across the University estate. The University is considering appointing a single contractor under an NEC4 Framework Contract to deliver a programme of projects primarily valued below £1m, with some projects between £1m and £3m, and flexibility to deliver selected projects up to £5m (including contingency, excluding VAT). The framework is expected to operate for four years and will involve collaborative working with the University's Estates team and a separately appointed Programme and Project Support Partner (PSP) providing professional services.
