The anticipated scope includes: - Responsive Repairs - Void Property Works - Disrepair and Legal Repairs - CDM (Condensation, Damp, and Mould) Works - Planned Component Replacements - Aftercare and Follow-on Repairs for newly built homes Services will be delivered across Bromford's operational geography.
