Description : Westminster City Council's Waste and Cleansing contract provides waste and recycling collections for residents and businesses, street cleansing and other related services such as winter gritting operations. With an annual value of around £57 million, it is one of the biggest contracts within the Council. A programme has been established to review our strategy for the Waste and Cleansing service, including strategic outcomes, and setting a clear direction for service delivery now and in the future.
