Description:
Project Description:- Ulster University is seeking to replace its Digital Asset Management System (“DAMS”) with a Brand Management system. The University relies on the current system to store and make accessible our digital assets including video, photo, sound, documents and more. Currently the DAMS does not allow storage of brand guidelines or dynamic creation of artwork from pre-defined templates users. This procurement includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Configuration of a new platform for brand management Hosting of a new platform for brand management Integration of the new platform with other Ulster University systems (e.g. Website) Migration of users, assets & metadata from the existing DAMS to the new platform Training of Ulster University staff Ongoing support for the new platform Further information with regard to the Requirements can be found within the Specification and associated Tender documentation pack.
