An established site used for the safe off road storage of large and small vehicles belonging to the council and its employees along with visitor and sub-contractor vehicles is in need of resurfacing, there is also a need to finish line mark the final surface with two possible options of line marking, only one of which will be chosen. The nature of the base to be laid on needs a site visit and a particular specific material used, the material and visit are a mandatory requirement.
